Update your User Profile
Updating your user profile can be performed directly from the LifeQ User Portal or through the LifeQ Exchange App
LifeQ User Portal

Open the LifeQ menu in the top left corner

Select Your Profile

Update and save your user profile
Alternatively, go directly to your User Profile via pilot.userportal.lifeq.com/profile
LifeQ Exchange App

Open the LifeQ Exchange App as a window

Select the drop down arrow in the top right corner

Select Update Profile. You will be redirected to the LifeQ User Portal

If you are not already logged into the LifeQ User Portal, please log in to continue
VERY IMPORTANT! Once you have updated your user profile, reconnect your device to the LifeQ Exchange App in order to link your updated profile to your device
Change your Password

Log into the LifeQ User Portal

Open the menu in the top left corner and select Your Profile

Select Your Account

Create a new password
OR go directly to your account via pilot.userportal.lifeq.com/account
Reset your Password
If you've forgotten your password, do the following:

Open the LifeQ menu in the top left corner of the User Portal

Select Login
-
Enter your email address
-
Select Forgot Password? on the password screen to request a password reset
An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when registering on the LifeQ User Portal
